OCM HPL Compact Board is made of decorative confetti impregnated with melamine resin, and multi-layer black or brown kraft paper impregnated phenolic resin, all pressed with steel plate through high temperature(150°C) and high pressure(1430 psi) environment, which made its thickness from 1.6mm up to 25mm. There are a variety of colors and surface finishing choices. It is a new environmentally friendly material that is resistant to acid, alkali, fire, moisture and colision.
With the excellent characteristics like water resistance, fire proof, antibacterial, high strength and durability, it is widely used in building construction, from interior to exterior wall, toilet partition, locker and also in furniture. We research and design different density, strength, water absorption, combined structure of panel, flexural performance, nail holding force and fire resistance, and provide complete test reports.

New equipment and facilities include automatic feeding and mixing system, plate forming process system and plate automatic demoulding system. With an annual output of about 2000 containers.

-Special care should be given when storing the HPL panels to protect them from Damp, Heat, Dirt, and any possible damage.

-Tempo panels must be stored at an approximate temperature of -10-25ºC and air moisture of between 45 and 50%. - Storage the HPL in classification. -Put the HPL face to face, back to back. The tempo should preferably be stored horizontally, supported over on the entire surface. If horizontal storage is not possible, all panels must be held vertically at an Angle of 60 to 70. The pallet must be protected by a cover plate and covering layer. -The height of each palletizer should not exceed1000mm, and the storage height should not exceed 3000mm. -Please do not open the package when you unload the cantering. -Make the hot pallets cool down in the local environment afterfive-seven days. Cut the strap, keep them under the climate for about five-seven days before use.
