What is Light Weight Fireproof Magnesium Screed Board?
Light Weight Fireproof Magnesium Screed Board is Magnesium Oxysulfate board also called mgo sulfate board. It is made
of high purity Magnesia oxide, MgSO4 replace of MgCl2, Woodchip, Perlite, High strength fiber glass mesh, non-woven
fabrics.
It is an improved product of Normal Magnesium Chloride board. Its advantage is NO SWEATING, NO CORRASION, Higher
waterproof to protect steel from oxidation. It is a fireproof and a thermal insulation building material. It can be used for a
number of application including wall and ceiling linings, exterior cladding, facias, soffits, tile backing and flooring underlay.
OCM magnesium oxide board is non-combustible and can achieve fire ratings as high as 3 hours given the correct installation.
It can be used for sound studios, schools, public areas, movie theatres, train and bus partitioning, boat partitioning, shopping
centers and any area where the fireproof function is necessary.
